From that collective experience, they decided to create 405 Staffing Agency to provide staffing needs with the utmost integrity and effectiveness in service.
Jeffrey Hoeflich-Nickels has over 20 years of business experience, specifically with managing and building teams by recruiting top talent, and ensuring they adhere to company expectations by meeting their targets. With Jeff’s business experience, he brings knowledge to the firm regarding human resources, creating and implementing sales strategies, natural and pandemic disaster planning, reviewing and writing policy and procedures, project planning, facilitation, training, budgeting, community outreach, and creating, implementing and executing development plans. Jeff studied Business and Organizational Communications at the University of Akron and Business Management and Human Resources at the University of Phoenix.
Comanika Pipkins brings over 10 years of staffing industry experience. She is experienced in recruiting, payroll, workers compensation and human resources. She has helped countless clients streamline their hiring process through her unique, personalized approach. Comanika’s experience helped her to formulate a strategic approach to recruiting where the process is personal for both clients and candidates. She is committed to maintaining the highest level of service for all who she works with. She believes in fostering an environment that values ethics, service, innovation, enthusiasm and delivery. Comanika has a BA in Sociology and a MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources.
Aaron Spradlin has over 10 years of experience in corporate marketing, public relations, and government affairs. He has served and represented clients from government agencies, commercial businesses, members of Congress and state legislatures, and political and issue advocacy organizations. Aaron has experience with recruiting talent to fulfill services needed from clients in the industries he’s worked in, managing personnel, as well as building and implementing business plans to execute an organized and structured strategy to ensure success. Aaron earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at Radford University.
